Day one: the 30-day minimalism game
The idea is to find and dispose of – by throwing away, donating or selling – excess material possessions at an exponential rate, with the ultimate aim of getting rid of just under 500 items in one month. As part of my personal long-term goal of getting from hoarder to minimalist, I’m giving it a go.
